WriterJump offers digital products, courses, and programs designed to support writers. Because these offerings involve immediate access to materials and intellectual property, the following refund policy applies.

1. Digital Products and Courses

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase:

• All purchases are final

• No refunds are provided for digital products, courses, or programs once access has been granted

2. Exceptional Circumstances

At our discretion, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate purchases or technical access issues). These requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Program-Specific Policies

Some programs may include specific refund or withdrawal terms. Where applicable, those terms will be clearly stated on the sales page and will override this general Refund Policy.
